1. Returning customers can Request a Walk or a Cat Drop-In Visit anytime.
2. New customers should schedule a Meet & Greet or Meow & Greet before booking.
3. For Dog Boarding, follow the instructions on our Dog Boarding page.
Your pet’s safety is our top priority! If severe weather causes local schools and businesses to close, we will reschedule your booking and provide updates via call or message.For light rain or snow, services will continue as scheduled—but we’ll always ensure your pet stays safe and comfortable!
Plans change—we get it! 🐾 If you cancel within 7 days of your booking, you’ll get a 50% refund. Need to cancel 8 or more days in advance? No worries—you’ll get a full 100% refund! 💰
We want every pet (and pet parent) to feel happy and confident in our care! That’s why we start with a free meet-and-greet before booking any dog walking, dog boarding, or cat drop-in service. This helps ensure a great fit from the start. If you’re not satisfied after booking, you may cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please reach out with any concerns—we’re always happy to work with you!
No long-term contracts are required! But if you’re looking to save some money, we can set up a 3-month contract for scheduled regular walks or drop-in visits—giving your pet consistent care while putting some extra savings in your pocket!

Yes! We love multi-pet households and offer discounts to make things easier for you:
🐶 Dog Walking & Cat Drop-In Visits – Get a $5 discount for the second and third pets from the same household. We walk a maximum of three pets at a time, all from the same home.
🏡 Dog Boarding – The second pet from the same household stays for $30 per night. We only board two dogs from the same household at a time to keep things cozy and stress-free.
Yes, we are currently insured with Pet Care Insurance (PCI)
Whether it’s a dog walk, dog boarding, or a cat drop-in visit, you’ll receive photo and video updates, along with messages about potty breaks and general updates—so you always know how your furry friend is doing, the Stinkies way!
Your pet’s safety is our top priority! During the Meet & Greet, we gather essential medical details, including your vet’s clinic name, address, and phone number. If an emergency arises, we’ll contact your vet immediately and reach out to you as soon as possible—because your pet’s well-being comes first! ❤️🐶😺

If your pet shows any signs of illness or injury during a walk or visit, we will immediately contact you and seek veterinary care if necessary. Your pet’s health and safety come first, and we’ll make sure they get the care they need right away
