How can I book a service?

If you're signing up for our services for the first time please schedule a meet and greet so we can start working together

What is your availability?

To check our availability for "walks" please click this link to schedule a meet & greet.

To check our availability for boarding please click this link to request boarding

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel within 7 days of booking, you'll get a 50% refund.
If you cancel 8 or more days before the booking date, you'll get a full 100% refund.

Can I set up a recurring schedule for regular walks?

After we complete our meet & greet, you'll be able to set up these regular walks. You can schedule regular walks with us by choosing either our 'Weekly Wiggles Package' or our 'Elite Stinky Stroller Package' for additional discounts.

Are there any contracts or long-term commitment requirements?

We offer three packages, each with its own terms. For a single walk, choose the 'A Quick Sniff' package. For three walks a week, select the 'Weekly Wiggles' package. For the best savings and a longer-term commitment, go with the 'Elite Stinky Stroller' package.

Walk details and customization questions

What is your policy on inclement weather?

If local schools and businesses close due to weather, we'll reschedule your booking. Please expect a call or a message from us if this happens.

How do you manage multiple pets from different households?

We typically walk pets from the same household together. For pets from different households, we schedule separate walks.

What is included in the walk (e.g., water breaks, playtime)?

Each walk includes 30 minutes of exercise, playtime, water breaks, and attending to any specific needs your pet may have.

How do you handle aggressive or anxious pets?

We work with pet owners to understand any behavioral issues and customize our approach to ensure safety and comfort.

Can I track the walk or get updates in real-time?

Currently, walk tracking isn't available, but you will receive updates with photos and videos of your pups during our walks.

How do you handle pet interactions with other animals during the walk?

We avoid interactions with other animals unless explicitly allowed by the pet owner.

Can you administer medication to my pet if needed?

Yes, we can administer medication as instructed.

Do you provide any training or behavioral reinforcement during walks?

We can incorporate basic training and behavioral reinforcement as requested.

Pricing and payment questions for walks

How much do your services cost?

The 'Quick Sniff' package offers a one-time 30-minute walk for $30. With the 'Weekly Wiggles' package, enjoy three walks a week at just $25 per walk. For the ultimate experience, choose the 'Elite Stinky Stroller' package: a 3-month contract with three walks a week, saving you approximately $230 over the duration.

Are there any additional fees for weekends or holidays?

We're available Monday through Saturday, with no additional charges for Saturday services. Please note, we do not operate on holidays.

Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?

We offer a $5 discount for the second and third pets from the same household. We walk a maximum of three pets at a time, all of whom must belong to the same household.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit card, debit card, ACH bank payment, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.

What is your refund policy if I’m not satisfied?

We always begin with a free meet and greet before booking any package. This ensures both parties are comfortable before moving forward. If you're not satisfied after our walks, please cancel the service in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Safety and security questions

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, we are currently insured with Pet Care Insurance (PCI)

What types of communication can I expect during a walk or boarding?

You can expect photo and video updates. You will receive messages with updates that include potty and general updates.

How do you handle emergencies?

Our meet and greet is essential for sharing your dog's medical information. Before booking, we require your dog's veterinary details, including the clinic's address, name, and phone number. In case of an emergency, we will contact your vet and you as soon as possible

How do you ensure the safety of my pet during the walk?

Safety is our top priority. We are trained to handle various situations, we are always very alert, and we use secure leashes and harnesses.

How do you ensure my home is secure if the walker needs access while I'm away?

We follow strict protocols for home access, including secure key handling and ensuring all doors are locked upon leaving.

What is your protocol if my pet shows signs of illness or injury during the walk?

If your pet shows signs of illness or injury, we will immediately contact you and seek veterinary care if necessary.

Are there any breed or size restrictions for pets?

We do not have breed or size restrictions. We accommodate all pets with the appropriate care and handling.
